In keeping up with the ever-changing technology of our world, The Hebrew Academy opened its new media center for use by students and faculty in 2013, which was converted from the former school library and computer room.  The state-of-the-art media center features the latest digital technology, including 20 iMac computers, 30 iPads and a high-quality projector, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the learning experiences and capabilities of Hebrew Academy students. Students use the center to access the Internet for research, digitalized resources, various computerized learning tools, and, most importantly, to connect with their peers not only across the nation, but the globe. The Hebrew Academy administration believes that working with students from other regions of the country and the world through video chatting will broaden the perspectives of the students. The media center  also houses a section of child-friendly books for the school’s early-childhood students.
