Application Process

• Inquiry

  Fill out the Inquiry Form

• Parent Visit

  After receiving your completed inquiry the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a Parent Visit. Please make sure your contact information is correct and listed on the inquiry with both email(s) and phone number(s). 

• Application

  After the visit is complete, an invitation to join Blackbaud (our schools portal) will be sent via email. Through Blackbaud you can submit the formal Application. A nominal application processing fee is required: Irrespective of your child(ren's) birth order, the number corresponds to child(ren) who are in the process of applying to our school. 

  1. Initial Child Application $54.00
  2. Second Child Application $36.00
  3. Third & Subsequent Children $18.00

• Forms

  All Forms must be uploaded and submitted through Blackbaud including:

  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Release of Records Request: Official Transcripts, Report Cards, Standardized Tests, any and all Academic Records/Guidance Records including behavioral reports, IEP etc…
  3. Teacher Recommendations/Evaluations 
  4. Health Records:
     1. Immunization Record
     2. Universal Health Form
     3. Student Health History Form: (Allergies, Special Health Accommodations, Medications)

• Student Assessment/Interview

  A grade appropriate assessment will be given for each incoming student to determine a baseline of their current skill level. 

  1. Following this assessment, students will be able to tour our school. 

• Decision

  For Accepted candidates, Official Transfer Request (from prior school).

• Contract

  1. Completed New Student Contract
  2. $1000.00 Deposit
     1. In all cases deposits will be credited against tuition bills
